It is IMPOSSIBLE to “step into your power.” You hear all these coaches talking about it. “I help women step into their power.” But the truth is… Our power is not something we “step into” or claim. It is something we return to. It’s something that is remembered. And it cannot be found by playing dress up by putting on the mask of bravado and the cape of “I hope this hides my ‘pick me’ energy and I look ‘powerful’ instead.” It can only be found in surrender, embodiment, and full collapse. This is the hard lesson I learned as I strived to “become” more.  It wasn’t until I realized that I didn’t need to “do” more but BE more, that things pivoted drastically. See, we live in a world where women are told to be louder, stronger, more magnetic, more activated…. But this is all performative.  It’s still trying to be someone else. And it will not hold. You will burn out, back slide, self-sabotage, and find yourself right back to where you started. This is why so many things give temporary results, but in the end fail you. The good news? There is a way to get the results AND KEEP THEM. In my space we don’t “chase” power. We become it. Because here’s the truth most coaches won’t tell you: If you have to prove you’re powerful, you’re still in performance. If your nervous system has never felt safe to be fully received for who you are, then “stepping into your power” is just another mask. And feminine power does NOT look like high heels, provocative dancing, or trying to be something that feels completely unaligned with your core being. True power doesn’t come from forcing yourself to fit another narrative. It comes from surrender. It comes from full and utter collapse. Not the type that disrupts your life, but the kind that disrupts your ego. See, “finding” power is a fool's errand. Because it is not something to strive or look for. It’s already inside you. It’s who you innately are. And until you’ve been able to enter into a container with someone who can gently guide you into the collapse.… Until you can be held by someone who can bear witness to your unraveling with love, reverence, and acceptance…. Until you can shed the false identities, old narratives, and bullshit beliefs….  Until you’ve been held in love when you’re not performing… Until you’ve met a container that holds you even when you’re unsure, shaky, or empty… Until you’ve been fully seen, accepted, and recognized in your most vulnerable form…. You haven’t met your true power yet. When you enter my space we don’t set out on some ego adventure of false empowerment and call it “awakening.” I will activate you. I will guide you through the process of dismantling your false identity so that you remember. Remember your power. Remember your truth. Remember your purpose. Remember yourself. I am not here to send you on some scavenger hunt for something you will never find. I'm not here to help you get a taste of something that allows me to breadcrumb you for more. I am here to help you resurrect your own soul.  Because real power doesn’t come from becoming like someone else. It rises because you finally became yourself.
