The Secret to Alignment
We hear it all the time: “You need to focus on your alignment.”
Yet, how often do gurus actually tell us how to do that?
*crickets*
Yeah… that’s what I thought.
It’s time to stop vibeshaming people and actually start helping them remember who they truly are and how to connect with the highest version of themself.
In today’s Podcast Episode I talked about the very important, rarely talked about Secret to Alignment.
There several main takeaways from that episode:
First we must get very clear about what we want to align with. It’s not enough to just say that we want something. We need to be very clear on what that something is.
Next we have to figure out what exactly that looks like to us. Is this aligning with our Higher Self, a version of our self that was wish to experience, or aligning with a certain energy.
Once we get clear on this it is easier to discover how to find the alignment. This is where we are able to go into practices like our Projection Mediation or checking our alignment with Kinesiology.
Here is where it gets a bit sticky and it rarely gets talked about (if ever).
We need to learn how to mourn the loss of not having the thing - right now - that we are wanting to have.
Why must we do that? Because if we are feeling sad about not having this thing then we are not in alignment with having it. If we are trying to force it into being, thinking it needs to look a certain way, then we are not in alignment.
Alignment means that you FEEL GOOD.
If you’re feeling sad or feeling the loss of that thing then you are not in alignment with it manifesting.
You can be doing all the things but if you feel like you’re in separation then you’re not in alignment with the manifestation of your desire.
This is why you have to pick and choose what practice you like to use to call in your desires. If you’re doing things that are not setting your belly gut on fire and instead making you feel broken hearted and discouraged, you need to change it up!
Here is a quick little checklist for you to keep on hand to check your alignment and keep yourself on track.
